1. Introduction
Welcome to Axiom Intelligence (“Axiom Intelligence,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axiom Intelligence platform, including all websites, applications, APIs, AI models, AI agents, pipelines, automation tools, integrations, hosted services, datasets, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), and any supplemental policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Regulatory Compliance Framework
Axiom Intelligence operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:
Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”)
Implementing Regulations of the PDPL
Saudi Data & AI Authority (“SDAIA”) governance frameworks
National Data Management Office (“NDMO”) controls
National Cybersecurity Authority (“NCA”) controls and guidance
Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework issued by CST
Saudi E-Commerce Law
Electronic Transactions Law
Anti-Cybercrime Law
Intellectual Property laws of Saudi Arabia
Applicable international data protection requirements where relevant
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, and governmental requirements when using the Services.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
You are at least 18 years old;
You possess legal capacity under applicable law;
You are not prohibited from using the Services under Saudi Arabian law or any other applicable jurisdiction;
You are not subject to sanctions or restrictions imposed by Saudi Arabia, the United Nations, OFAC, EU, UK, or other applicable authorities;
You are authorized to bind any organization you represent.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Nature of AI Services
Axiom Intelligence provides artificial intelligence infrastructure and tools that may include:
AI model orchestration
Multi-model pipelines
AI agents and workflows
Automation systems
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Document processing
Chatbots and assistants
APIs and developer tools
Third-party model integrations
Cloud-hosted inference systems
Fine-tuned and custom AI deployments
AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, inaccurate, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for specific purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs are generated automatically;
Outputs may contain hallucinations or errors;
Human review is required before relying on outputs;
Axiom Intelligence does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal validity, or regulatory compliance of outputs;
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs.
5. No Professional Advice
The Services do not constitute:
Legal advice
Medical advice
Financial advice
Investment advice
Engineering advice
Governmental advice
Compliance certification
Religious rulings
Professional consultancy
You must consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on outputs generated by the Services.
6. User Accounts
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information;
Maintain confidentiality of credentials;
Restrict unauthorized access;
Notify us immediately of any security breach;
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You are fully responsible for actions performed through your account, including actions by employees, contractors, agents, or authorized users.
7. Enterprise Accounts
Organizations may provision multiple users under enterprise workspaces.
Enterprise administrators may:
Manage users;
Access workspace data;
Configure retention policies;
Enable integrations;
Control permissions;
Monitor organizational usage.
Users within enterprise accounts acknowledge that their organization may access or control workspace content and metadata.
8. Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree not to use the Services for:
Violations of Saudi law;
Illegal surveillance;
Cybercrime;
Fraud or deception;
Identity theft;
Harassment;
Hate speech;
Terrorism-related activities;
Extremist propaganda;
Generation of malware;
Phishing attacks;
Unauthorized penetration testing;
Circumvention of sanctions;
Human exploitation;
Deepfake abuse;
Defamation;
Misinformation campaigns;
Pornographic or exploitative content;
Intellectual property infringement;
Unauthorized collection of personal data;
Political manipulation;
Disinformation operations;
Automated abuse;
Spam operations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
9. AI Safety & Responsible Use
Users shall not:
Represent AI outputs as verified facts without validation;
Use AI to impersonate individuals without consent;
Deploy AI systems that unlawfully discriminate;
Use outputs to manipulate vulnerable populations;
Generate synthetic media intended to deceive;
Use the Services for fully autonomous high-risk decision-making without human oversight.
For high-risk use cases, including healthcare, finance, employment, education, legal services, or public-sector deployments, users must implement appropriate human review and governance controls.
10. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess lawful authority to upload, process, or share data using the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You have obtained all necessary consents;
You possess lawful basis for processing personal data;
Your use complies with PDPL and applicable laws;
You have authority to transfer uploaded content.
Axiom Intelligence may act as:
A Data Controller;
A Data Processor;
Or both,
depending on the nature of the Services provided.
Additional obligations relating to personal data processing are governed by the applicable DPA.
11. Sensitive & Restricted Data
Unless expressly authorized in writing, users shall not upload:
Classified government information;
State secrets;
Military information;
Highly sensitive personal data;
Biometric databases;
Genetic data;
Protected health information;
Banking credentials;
National security information;
Data prohibited from cross-border transfer under Saudi law.
Users remain solely responsible for classification and handling of their data.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where applicable, users acknowledge that certain processing activities may involve international data transfers.
Axiom Intelligence will implement commercially reasonable safeguards for lawful transfers consistent with:
PDPL requirements;
SDAIA guidance;
Applicable transfer mechanisms;
Contractual safeguards;
Security controls.
Users remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance obligations regarding international transfers.
13. Service Availability
We aim to maintain commercially reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may be affected by:
Maintenance;
Security incidents;
Infrastructure failures;
Third-party outages;
Governmental restrictions;
Force majeure events;
Internet disruptions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
14. Beta Features
Certain Services may be designated as:
Beta;
Experimental;
Preview;
Early access.
Such features are provided “as is” without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Beta features may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, inaccuracies, or incomplete functionality.
15. Third-Party Services & Models
The Services may integrate with third-party:
AI providers;
APIs;
Plugins;
Cloud infrastructure providers;
Payment processors;
External software.
Axiom Intelligence is not responsible for third-party services, uptime, content, outputs, security practices, or policies.
Use of third-party services may also be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
16. Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement
To comply with legal obligations, Axiom Intelligence may:
Monitor usage activity;
Detect abuse patterns;
Investigate violations;
Preserve evidence;
Cooperate with authorities;
Restrict access;
Remove content;
Suspend or terminate accounts.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, governmental request, cybersecurity investigation, or national security requirement.
17. Government & Regulatory Requests
Axiom Intelligence may comply with lawful requests issued by:
Saudi courts;
SDAIA;
NCA;
CST;
Ministry of Commerce;
Law enforcement authorities;
Other competent regulatory bodies.
Where legally permitted, we may notify affected users before disclosure.
18. Export Controls & Sanctions
You may not use the Services:
In violation of export control laws;
In sanctioned jurisdictions;
For prohibited end-users;
For restricted military or dual-use purposes.
You represent that neither you nor your affiliates are prohibited parties under applicable sanctions regimes.
19. Suspension & Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
You violate these Terms;
You create legal or security risks;
Required by law or regulators;
Your activities threaten platform integrity;
Payment obligations remain unpaid;
Abuse or malicious behavior is detected.
We may also remove content that violates policies or legal obligations.
20. Survival
The following provisions survive termination:
Intellectual property rights;
Payment obligations;
Indemnification;
Liability limitations;
Dispute resolution;
Data protection obligations;
Audit rights;
Compliance obligations;

are and remain the exclusive property of Axiom Intelligence or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.
22. Limited License to Use the Services
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Axiom Intelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful internal business or personal purposes.
You may not:
Reverse engineer the platform;
Copy or replicate the Services;
Create competing products;
Resell access without authorization;
Remove proprietary notices;
Circumvent technical protections;
Attempt to extract underlying model weights;
Reconstruct training datasets;
Exploit vulnerabilities;
Use automated scraping against the platform.
23. User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload, submit, or process through the Services (“User Content”).
User Content may include:
Documents;
Files;
Datasets;
Images;
Audio;
Videos;
Prompts;
Knowledge bases;
Configuration data;
API inputs;
Agent instructions;
Workflow data.
You grant Axiom Intelligence a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive license to:
Host;
Store;
Process;
Transmit;
Analyze;
Secure;
Backup;
Display;
such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
24. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for all User Content uploaded or processed through the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or control necessary rights;
Content does not infringe third-party rights;
Content complies with law;
Content is not malicious or harmful;
Content does not violate privacy obligations;
Content does not contain prohibited material.
Axiom Intelligence assumes no responsibility for User Content.
25. AI Outputs & Generated Content
AI-generated outputs (“Outputs”) are generated automatically based on user instructions and inputs.
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider limitations:
Users generally retain rights to Outputs generated specifically for them;
Axiom Intelligence does not guarantee exclusivity of Outputs;
Similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users;
Outputs may contain third-party-like similarities due to probabilistic generation.
Axiom Intelligence makes no representation that Outputs are:
Copyrightable;
Non-infringing;
Accurate;
Unique;
Suitable for commercial use.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before use.
26. Feedback License
If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, enhancement requests, or feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Axiom Intelligence a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such Feedback without restriction or compensation.
27. Trademarks
“Axiom Intelligence,” related logos, branding elements, product names, and service marks are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written authorization.
28. Open Source Components
Certain components of the Services may incorporate open-source software governed by separate licenses.
Use of such components is subject to applicable open-source license terms.
Nothing in these Terms overrides third-party open-source licensing obligations.
29. API Usage
Users accessing APIs must comply with:
Rate limits;
Security requirements;
Authentication rules;
Technical documentation;
Usage quotas;
Fair usage standards.
You may not:
Abuse APIs;
Circumvent limits;
Interfere with system integrity;
Conduct unauthorized stress testing;
Share credentials insecurely.
Axiom Intelligence may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access at its discretion.
30. AI Agents & Pipeline Systems
The platform may permit users to create:
AI agents;
Agent workflows;
Multi-step pipelines;
Automated orchestration systems;
Chained inference systems;
Autonomous or semi-autonomous logic.
Users remain solely responsible for:
Agent configurations;
Prompt instructions;
Workflow logic;
Actions executed by agents;
Connected systems;
External integrations;
Automated outputs.
Axiom Intelligence shall not be liable for decisions, actions, or damages caused by user-configured agents or pipelines.
31. Autonomous Actions & Integrations
Where integrations permit AI systems to trigger external actions, including:
Sending messages;
Executing workflows;
Calling APIs;
Updating records;
Triggering automations;
Managing systems;
users assume full responsibility for all resulting actions and consequences.
Users must implement adequate safeguards, approvals, and monitoring controls.
32. Subscription Plans
The Services may be offered under various subscription plans, including:
Free plans;
Trial plans;
Monthly subscriptions;
Annual subscriptions;
Enterprise agreements;
Usage-based pricing;
Hybrid pricing models.
Features, limits, and pricing may vary by plan.
33. Free Plans & Trial Services
Free or trial plans may include:
Limited functionality;
Restricted quotas;
Reduced support;
Watermarks;
Usage caps;
Experimental features.
Axiom Intelligence may modify or discontinue free offerings at any time without liability.
34. Usage Limits
Accounts may be subject to limits including:
Message quotas;
Monthly usage limits;
API call limits;
Storage limits;
Pipeline execution caps;
Agent limits;
Compute limits;
Workspace limits;
Concurrency limits.
Exceeding limits may result in:
Additional charges;
Service throttling;
Temporary suspension;
Restricted functionality.
35. Fees & Payment Obligations
Users agree to pay all applicable:
Subscription fees;
Usage charges;
Overage fees;
Taxes;
VAT;
Governmental charges.
All fees are generally:
Non-refundable;
Exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise;
Payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
36. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method.
You may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle.
37. Billing Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant invoice date.
Failure to dispute within that period constitutes waiver of the claim, except to the extent such waiver is not permitted under applicable law.
38. Taxes & VAT Compliance
Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and governmental fees.
Where required under Saudi law, VAT shall be charged in accordance with regulations issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (“ZATCA”).
Users shall provide valid tax information when required.
39. Invoice & E-Invoicing Compliance
Axiom Intelligence may issue invoices electronically in accordance with Saudi e-invoicing regulations.
Users consent to receiving electronic invoices and billing communications.
40. Refund Policy
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing:
Fees are non-refundable;
Partial billing periods are not refunded;
Unused quotas are not refundable;
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
41. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers may execute separate:
Master Service Agreements (“MSA”);
Service Orders;
Data Processing Agreements;
Security Addendums;
SLAs.
Where conflicts exist, the executed enterprise agreement shall prevail over these Terms.
42. Resellers & White-Label Services
Authorized resellers or partners may offer access to the Services.
Axiom Intelligence is not responsible for:
Third-party pricing;
Reseller representations;
Additional reseller obligations;
Independent reseller conduct.
White-label deployments may remain subject to Axiom Intelligence backend infrastructure and policies.
43. Service Level Objectives
Any uptime targets or service level commitments apply only where expressly included in a written SLA.
Absent a signed SLA, Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
44. Support Services
Support levels may vary depending on subscription tier.
Support may include:
Documentation;
Email support;
Ticket systems;
Priority escalation;
Technical onboarding;
Enterprise support channels.
Axiom Intelligence does not guarantee resolution times unless specified in an SLA.
45. Data Retention
Axiom Intelligence may retain data for operational, legal, regulatory, backup, security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Upon termination:
Certain data may remain in backups;
Some records may be retained for legal obligations;
Deletion timelines may vary by system architecture.
Users remain responsible for exporting their own data where desired.
46. Customer Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data, outputs, configurations, and workflows.
Axiom Intelligence is not responsible for data loss resulting from:
User actions;
Misconfigurations;
Third-party failures;
Security incidents;
Platform misuse.
47. Security Measures
Axiom Intelligence implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, which may include:
Encryption;
Access controls;
Authentication systems;
Monitoring;
Logging;
Network protections;
Security audits;
Incident response measures.
However, no system is completely secure.
Users acknowledge risks associated with internet-based services.
48. Security Responsibilities of Users
Users are responsible for:
Securing credentials;
Using strong passwords;
Managing API keys;
Controlling permissions;
Monitoring user access;
Implementing internal governance;
Maintaining endpoint security.
Failure to maintain adequate security may result in account compromise for which users remain responsible.
49. Security Incident Reporting
Users must promptly notify Axiom Intelligence of:
Unauthorized access;
Security breaches;
Credential compromise;
Vulnerabilities;
Suspected abuse.
Axiom Intelligence may take emergency actions necessary to protect the platform and users.
50. Audit & Compliance Cooperation
Enterprise customers may be required to cooperate with reasonable compliance or security assessments where legally required or contractually agreed.
Any audit rights shall be limited to protecting confidential information and platform security.

51. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed by either party that reasonably should be understood to be confidential, including:

Product roadmaps;
Customer information;
Source code;
AI configurations;
Pricing;

Documentation;
Security reports;
User Content;
Data processing methods.
Confidential Information does not include information that:
Becomes publicly available without breach;
Was lawfully known before disclosure;
Is lawfully received from a third party;
Is independently developed without use of confidential information.
52. Confidentiality Obligations
Each party agrees to:
Protect Confidential Information using reasonable care;
Restrict disclosure to authorized personnel;
Use Confidential Information solely for permitted purposes;
Prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
Parties shall ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents comply with confidentiality obligations.
53. Compelled Disclosure
Where disclosure is required by:
Law;
Court order;
Government authority;
Regulatory request;
National security requirement;
the receiving party may disclose Confidential Information to the extent legally required.
Where legally permissible, advance notice may be provided.
54. Privacy & Personal Data
Axiom Intelligence processes personal data in accordance with:
Saudi PDPL;
Applicable implementing regulations;
Lawful governmental requirements;
Applicable contractual obligations.
Use of the Services constitutes acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.
55. Categories of Data Processed
The Services may process:
Account information;
Identity data;
Technical logs;
Usage analytics;
Uploaded files;
Prompt content;
AI-generated outputs;
Integration metadata;
API activity;
Billing information;
Security logs.
56. User Responsibility for Data Legality
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:
Data collection is lawful;
Required notices are provided;
Required consents are obtained;
Uploads comply with regulations;
Transfers are authorized.
Axiom Intelligence does not independently verify legality of uploaded data.
57. Data Processing Roles
Depending on the Services:
Users or enterprise customers may act as Data Controllers;
Axiom Intelligence may act as a Data Processor or independent Controller.
The specific role depends on the nature of processing activities.
58. AI Processing & Automated Systems
Users acknowledge that uploaded content may be processed by:
Automated AI systems;
Machine learning models;
Third-party AI providers;
Cloud-based inference infrastructure.
AI processing may occur without human review.
Outputs may be probabilistic and non-deterministic.
59. AI Model Training Restrictions
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Axiom Intelligence does not use private enterprise customer data to train public foundation models owned by Axiom Intelligence.
However, users acknowledge that:
Third-party AI providers may apply their own processing rules;
Aggregated and anonymized telemetry may be used for operational improvements;
Security and abuse monitoring may involve automated analysis.
60. Aggregated & Anonymized Data
Axiom Intelligence may collect and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for:
Analytics;
Performance monitoring;
Capacity planning;
Security improvements;
Product development;
Statistical analysis.
Such data will not intentionally identify specific users.
61. Data Retention & Deletion
Axiom Intelligence may retain information:
As required by law;
For operational continuity;
For backup purposes;
For fraud prevention;
For security investigations;
For contractual obligations;
For regulatory compliance.
Deletion requests may be limited where retention is legally required.
62. Subprocessors & Third-Party Providers
Axiom Intelligence may engage third-party providers for:
Cloud hosting;
AI inference;
Storage;
Analytics;
Security;
Monitoring;
Billing;
Communications.
Users authorize use of such subprocessors as reasonably necessary to operate the Services.
63. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Data may be transferred internationally where operationally necessary.
Axiom Intelligence will implement commercially reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable legal requirements.
Users remain responsible for evaluating whether their use complies with sector-specific restrictions.
64. Security Measures
Axiom Intelligence implements commercially reasonable security controls which may include:
Encryption in transit;
Access restrictions;
Role-based access control;
Audit logging;
Network segmentation;
Monitoring systems;
Vulnerability management;
Incident response procedures.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
65. Cybersecurity Compliance
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access;
Circumvent security controls;
Probe vulnerabilities;
Interfere with infrastructure;
Deploy malicious code;
Abuse APIs;
Conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to authorities.
66. Security Incidents
Axiom Intelligence may take emergency actions during actual or suspected incidents, including:
Restricting access;
Suspending systems;
Preserving logs;
Isolating environments;
Blocking traffic;
Resetting credentials;
Removing content.
Axiom Intelligence may investigate incidents to protect platform integrity and legal compliance.
67. User Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
Securing devices;
Securing credentials;
Controlling user access;
Managing integrations;
Monitoring internal misuse;
Maintaining endpoint protections.
Axiom Intelligence is not liable for breaches caused by compromised user credentials.
68. Backup & Disaster Recovery
Axiom Intelligence may maintain operational backup systems and disaster recovery processes.
However:
Backups may not be instantaneous;
Restoration may take time;
Some data loss may occur during catastrophic events.
Users remain responsible for maintaining independent backups where appropriate.
69. No Warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED:

“AS AVAILABLE”
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
AXIOM INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
ACCURACY;
RELIABILITY;
AVAILABILITY;
SECURITY;
ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
70. AI Disclaimer
Axiom Intelligence does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are:
Accurate;
Complete;
Lawful;
Original;
Non-infringing;
Suitable for business use.
Users must independently verify all outputs before reliance.
71. No Regulatory Guarantee
Axiom Intelligence does not guarantee that use of the Services satisfies:
Industry regulations;
Government requirements;
Sector-specific compliance obligations;
Licensing obligations;
Data localization requirements.
Customers remain solely responsible for their own compliance obligations.
72. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIOM INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT DAMAGES;
LOST PROFITS;
LOSS OF BUSINESS;
LOSS OF DATA;
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
SECURITY INCIDENTS;
THIRD-PARTY FAILURES;
AI OUTPUT ERRORS;
MODEL HALLUCINATIONS;
AUTOMATED DECISIONS;
USER MISUSE;
REPUTATIONAL DAMAGES;
LOST OPPORTUNITIES.
73. Liability Cap
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AXIOM INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE USER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Where Services are provided free of charge, liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
74. Indemnification
